You are a walking miracle, you know that is a fact. You showed them all didn't you what attitude can do. How you conquered "Miss Cancer" it was all up to you. You took it all in stride through all the suffering and pain, And never once did you say, " you won't see me again". You stood up and fought it with everything you had You never let it get you down, not once were you sad. You smiled through all the chemo, radiation and the like, You never said " can't"; of course you wanted that new bike! You just held on to everything and prayed for God's divine grace to guide the doctors and put healing in their minds. You are a walking miracle, and God knows that I'm glad I can't imagine life without you, even when I'm mad. I look at you each day and know what you went through But never did you whimper, just did what you had to do. Now five years have come and gone, you're strong and free And I have never prayed so hard for this day to finally see. For even though we watch for her, and know she's out there still.
