Jason & Kathalise
~Love at First Banter~

I mentioned to you on the previous page that my husband Jason has few faults; his biggest one is he loves me madly. I have never met anyone like him and no he doesn't have a brother! Jason is the kindest, gentlest, most loving man I have ever known. He has been so good to me and for me. He believes in me 100% and makes me believe I can do anything. He has never once doubted me or second guessed me. He trusts me explicitly and gives his love unconditionally.

Jason was a 29 year old bachelor and Army Aviator when we met Feb. 28th, 1982 at my job. I was a bar back and cocktail waitress at the local Holiday Inn and he had been coming in quite regularly with his buddy Pete. It seemed that we always missed each other, he would come in on my night off, or I would just miss him by minutes. My best friend there Barbara had been telling me about these two nice guys, well she always had nice guys she was trying to match me up with so I didn't pay much attention. I had been married and divorced and had two children. The night of the 28th when I finally met him I was more interested in his friend Pete. Jason to me was a bit of a goof. ( How true that has proved to be) Pete told me to let him get rid of another date and he would return. I walked around the club talking to regular customers and just table hopping for awhile. I finally returned to the table where Jason was sitting alone and sat down. I looked at him and said, " So, did you miss me?" He smiled at me and said, "Like a headache!" I fell in love with him at that moment. We started going at each other with little barbs and soon found our selves totally forgetting Pete and everyone else.

The next day when I came to work there was a huge bouquet of flowers on the bar, I asked of Barbara " Who sent you flowers?" She looked at me and said, "Those are for you little girl!" They were from Jason, I still have the card almost 21 years later and it read; "If you have room in your busy little head for one more man, I'm here".

Well, on Mother's Day in May he gave me an engagement ring and we were married June 25th, 1982. We have been through allot together and I must say I love him more today than when we first married. He has been more than good to me, he's been a friend, lover, pal, partner and friend. I wouldn't trade him for the world. He has taken my son's and made them his own. They both love him dearly and let's don't even get started on the grandkids. Those are his JOY!

As you go through the pages you will read some of the things we have been through together and how we always manage to survive what life hands us. I owe 80% of it to Jason as he is always there for me and never has let me down in any way. He is definitely a Keeper. I love him with all my heart and I pray God allows us many more years to pick on each other. It is one of our favorite past times. lol.

You'll learn more about him and his kindness and goodness as you go through the site. And once again No I'm sorry he doesn't have a brother. He's one of a kind. And he's all mine.
